23 before 24

My latest goal to check off my 23 before 24 list is drinking lots of water...

I know keeping hydrated is so good for my body, but it's tough remembering to drink regularly. I've been getting into the habit of filling a 1L bottle with cold water before I go into the office at work and making sure I drink it all before I leave - typically in about two hours. I'm pumped on the days that I finish the bottle early and have to refill it for the rest of the afternoon. We've been having water with our meals as well, and saving juice or milk for the mornings or snack time. I really notice a difference on the days that I forget or don't take the time to drink water. My body feels sluggish and yucky - what more incentive do you need to drink it??

I'm taking the rest of the evening to relax and browse through my new Anthropologie catalog. It's been a rough week and I need some me-time :)

  1. I started drinking more water a few months ago and noticed a big change in my skin. Yay water!

    I've been trying to leave a comment for a few weeks now but blogger just wouldn't let me.

    I wanted to comment on your sushi post. I LOVE sushi. I never understood people who didn't, especially when they said it was a "texture" thing.

    I mean, Jell-o had the weirdest texture in the world and millions love it.

    I get the Philadelphia Roll which is Salmon, cream cheese and cucumber but I get it with Tuna instead of Salmon and it's to die for.
