I have a batch of these in the oven right now - our whole home is filled with cinnamony goodness. I am sending the Sopapilla Cheesecake Bars down for the Bible conference in Sydney this weekend. I'm sure that they'll be a welcomed treat.

I am working tomorrow, having Thanksgiving dinner with my family on Sunday, and heading down for the conference in the afternoon. Busy, busy. I hope you have the loveliest of Thanksgivings!
